Your staff speak several languages. The software does too.
English is not the first, or most confident language of lots of mobile workers. Why not allow your staff to interact with the software in their native language? Staff are more likely to adopt software when it's easy to understand and find help. You can still send instructions in English. Your staff can view app instructions and navigation in their native language. Everyone's happy. We currently offer English, Spanish, Russian, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati. In 2016 new languages will be available including Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, Bengali, Portuguese and more.
